Wings of Knowlege Trina the organization is over charging me Decatur Georgia
I am not getting what I am paying for. The organization advertises tutoring services (definition of a tutor:a private teacher, typically one who teaches a single student or a very small group). However, there is a small sign hanging in the office not really visable, behind the chairs that an individual when sit in when they come in that states that they do not "Teach". My grandchildren have been coming to the establishment since June 5th I was provided with a contract that states 14 payments of 343.00 biweekly. If the customer decides that they want to cancel the contract they can exit by paying the 40% of what ever is the balance.
The entire bill was a total of $4680.00 that was to be covered in 14 payments. I paid a total of 7 payments totaling $2342.00. I was advised today that in order to get out of the contract I would have to pay $1624.00. That amount does not equal 40% of the balance.
40 % of the balance is actually 935.20. I need this organization investigated. Please review the email correspondence, contract and payments attached.
I am concerned that I am getting ripped off. Please help and advise if I am not understanding.
