Complaint Review: Wing Zone

I ordered food from Wing Zone, believing that I will get great wings like they promise the customers on their website.

They delivered food that had mold grown on it and when I called back to ask for an exchange, believing that they overlooked things by accident, all they kept saying was that it was not their problem and when I told them that they should do something about the quality of their food and the restaurant, he laughed as if he was proud that they are ripping off their customers and that one customer couldn't do anything.

This might be true, but I want to believe that something can be done, even if it is only a single customer.

When I told them to watch out for a law suit, he said "...you can try...sue us like macdonalds..." like I was making it up.

I strongly recommend no one orders from Wingzone located on baum blvd pennsylvania.
