Complaint Review: William William "Bill" Lloyd

William Lloyd who lives near San Diego is a complete crook. He's a thief. We entered into an agreement with him. We sent him a deposit of $3400.00 for a car. As soon as the check cleared we received a multitude of excuses, delays, broken promises. He's not a man of his word. He is the type of guy who cannot live up to his word or commitments. If you have ever dealt with a weasel you know what we are working with. He gave us a bad check. Then told us he wrote it on the wrong account. At that point he stopped communicating with us. I can't believe that he is so heartless. A true Crook. Our advice is to never do business with him. You will end up having your hard earned money stolen. He operates on ebay using the username "willialloy-20". He lives in southern california.
