William Scutt has been known to have lived in Pittsfield, MA, Florida (Englewood, Lake City, St. Petersburg (Pinellas County), and Sarasota. William Scutt's last known address was on Etowah Drive in Ellijay, GA with his father of the same name. After several failed marriages, being a failure in business, and arrests that include trespassing on a construction site, "Billy" Scutt had nothing better to do than move back in with his daddy.
