Complaint Review: Wilco Life Insurance Company

My policy started out at $77.50 quarterly and is now up to $472.65 quarterly. Then They say it is paid for the quarter and then I get another bill stating they want another $365.00 because it was late and I know it was paid on time. Then when you call them they tell you.you don't owe that money and the next thing you get another bill for more or you will be cancelled. Somebody needs to do some investigating into this company because they are ripping people off. They do not have a worker there that knows a darn thing when you call them. They tell you don't worry it is all straightened out then the next thing you get another bill. They better start trainig their employees and not rip people off. I will be rporting them to the better business bureau and hopefully something can be done.
