i called this company looking for a low interest rate credit card
when i called i talked to a rep she told me a little about the
credit card a visa with 14% interest then she says that i would
also be getting a merchandise card and a catologe-i felt it was
right then she tells me that there was a processing fee of $98 but
i would be getting that money back -she wanted my checking acct # i
was a little hesitant after a while she convinced me that it was a
safe process-soo i went through with it and gave her the info -then
she said that she would tranfer to a verifier-i then spoke with the
next lady she told me alot more about the process-she told me that
i have to by merchandise out of the cataloge before i could get the
visa card-i told her that the lady i had spoken with before didnt
tell me that-so she tranfered me back to the first lady -she said
that she did tell that to me -so politely i told her i might not
have heard that then told her to cancel the order,she was upset
then said she would then she hung up-a month later i get a charge
of $98 to my checking acct -i knew exactly where it came from so i
called the company -i spoke with a supervisor named barbara in
customer service-i explaned to her the situation and asked why they
charge was made when i had asked the lady to cancel the order-she
told me that they have it on tape that i wanted the card -i asked
her if they had on tape to cancel the card she then told me that
she would have to pull the tape-she then explaned to just wait
until i received to items then just return them with a letter
stating why i didnt want it -i told her that was fine and i could
do that -but 3 weeks later i still havent received any thing so i
give a call back the 1st person i spoke with i explaned what had
happened and who i had spoken with - it just happened to be barbara
the supervisor -she just starts to yell at me telling me that she
told me to wait until i received the package then return it -
immediately i asked to speak with someone else -after a few minutes
another lady gets on the phone and i explained the situation to her
she told me that i will receive the package when i get it and hung
up on me -it has been over a month and i still dont have this so
called package--- someone please tell me what i can do or help me
get my money back!!!!!!
