Complaint Review: Whitney Boan Boanlaw

Whitney Boan is one of the worst attorneys in the Central Florida greater area. I recommended her to my GF and she has done nothing but ruin our lives and charged us over $70k for 2 cases. When we first met Whitney she told us everything we wanted to hear. We told her we would think about it , She called me several times until we hired her. Soon after she got paid everything turned into a nightmare.

First my GF suffered a traumatic and vicious dog bite and was arrested the day she was released from hospital. Whitney Boan purposely missed the arraignment and let my GF sit in Jail for 22 days in agonizing pain to teach her a "lesson". One case has since been dropped and the other case could go away if Whitne Boan did her job. Whitney Boan has now separated us by order of the court system by making false accusations and for no reason forced my GF into a mental hospital Whitney Boan made false accusations about me and bringing up my past to find reasons not to address the obvious SHE SUCKS!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. She is an emotional train wreck who will ruin your life. Makes a person sign contracts so even if she does nothing for the case. Whittney Boan gets to keep the money She writes long drawn out emails and motions and charges .35 per word. Whitney Boan instills fear in every person just to get more money.
