Ordered a Westin brush guard from CariD. When it arrived, the packaging was not damaged at all. went to install it and noticed it was over bent. wouldn't even fit my truck. CariD and Westin both denied the claim stating it was damaged in freight. how could something be that damaged and have no damage tp the packaging? so i now stuck with an $900 brush guard that wont fit. Now i get to spend more money having a shop try and straighten it out. All this took 3 weeks for someone to tell me the claim waa denied. Worse part is, I had to keep calling both of these companies to get anything. Worse customer experience ever.
