Westgate Resorts Club Orland Closing Timeshare unit, no moneys given back after more than 40 years of paying Ocoee Florida
More than 40 years ago, my ex-wife and I purchased a Timeshare Westgate Club Orlando. My ex-wife passed away in November and I wanted to deed the property to a daughter. Westgate called informing me that my timeshare was closing and asked to deed it back to Westgate. Now after talking with another rep informed that it is not closing but being converted into Realestate holdings. After paying off the mortgage and the maintenance fees for decades not getting a penny back.
