Complaint Review: Westbrooke Homes / Miami Management Inc.

I live in a new community by Westbrooke Homes. When buying my home I was promised as part of the ammenities, a gated entrance with remote acces to residents and a survelliance camera at the gate to allow residents to monitor through our television on a closed circuit channel, the visitors approaching the gated entrance.

Neither of these have been put into place, and I have been a resident for a year now. The community has been burglarized several times and there has even been a home invasion since I have lived here.

The gates were recently installed after homeowners petitioned the community managers. However, the gates are extremely slow, allowing multiple cars through them when onw resident eneters a code. The same gate opens for residents and guests, causing traffic backups when visitors are not familiar with the system. ALso, residents have to physically dial a code, rain or shain, to enter our ouw community.

The promise was remote access garage door style openers, and a security camera. Neither have been installed, crimes are occuring, and no one is listening to us residents. Please help.
