Wells Fargo Bank Persuaded to accept a credit card even though I wasn't there to apply for one. Now, they keep reducing the credit limit on the card. Marlton NJ

Went into the branch to inquire about a line of credit. The 'Sales Rep' persuaded me to accept a WF credit card that I really didn't want or need. I did use it once for less than half of the initial credit limit.

They have since reduced the credit limit twice so it looks like I am close to my limit. Thay are the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

After how, capital one treated me I have a hard time trusting people. They always want to take advantage of me or wrong me then laugh at me for how stupid I was to trust them. Everyone has literally put a knife in my back.

People think I don't have any rights to stand up to them or to defend myself, they fell that they have the right to treat me like crap. When I do stand up for my rights they want to press charges on me for harassing them!

Sorry but when you start off your post by stating you went into the bank looking for a "line of credit", trying to make them sound like they ripped you off by "persuading" you to get a credit card does NOT work.  But even if they "persuaded" you to get the credit card, they did not..even in the slightest...force you to actually USE the credit card.

But you then go further and try and claim that you didn't "need" the Credit Card, which is even more laughable, especially since you USED the card.

By they way based on what is probably a less than favorable credit history, you can expect them to continue to reduce your credit limit until you pay it off. At which time they will just close it all together.  But since you don't need the card, and presumably any other credit, then that shouldn't matter.

That's right, blame them! How STUPID is this report? If YOU didn't want the card, nobody forced YOU to get it! YOU agreed to the terms. They reduced the limit because either you failed to pay them on time, you failed to pay others on time or your income doesn't jive with what you claimed it was. In other words, it's ALL ON YOU!
