I want to warn people to please take caution before entering into a builder contract with this company, I wish I had. I can only be brief, but I'm hopeful others will begin to expose what is happening to countless people. If you sign an agreement for a home to be built with Welcome; you will wait and wait. They will take a large deposit, bank draws, and the house won't get built (or it will sit half done). I was able to connect with other victims, many are waiting over 2 years to either break ground on their build, or they are halfway finished and the house is sitting. Welcome tells lies as to why the house is not being completed. The building departments throughout NY and CT are warning people to beware also. Welcome is currently in many contract disputes. They ruin people’s lives. They tell so many lies to cover up for what they cannot do. Their website is deceptive, don't fall prey to this company. They have no idea what they are doing (no experience). Reach out to your local building department, ask about Welcome Homes... you will be very enlightened, I know I was!!!

My family and I lost a lot because of this company. I have been introduced to others that have too. We are all weighing our options, both individually and collaboratively.

You shelled out quite a bit of money, right? Before YOU agreed to the terms of the contract, YOU never read it and since it was such a large investment, you never had YOUR ATTORNEY read that contract and make recomendations...DID YOU?
