Complaint Review: 123 Websites

I ordered 2 websites hoping that they would be better than the ones I already have. ( Only one completed at a time) I noticed a lag in the timeline promised.

The designer and sales rep are very kind and helpful. My issue was my site was suppossed to be done quickly and it seemed the designer had alot on there plate and my site was been pushed back. I decided that I didnt want to continue with there service and cut my loss before I let more time pass and more money spent. I told them that I'm canceling the service and no longer wish to use them?

I was told I could cancel anytime. I decided to cancel due to there non performance and didnt think they had performed as expected and didnt want to chase someone to update my website.  I thought that the site created wasnt worth the $2500 site created. The sites they are creating are basic builder sites and a easy to go to godaddy and build yourself.

I have emailed this company that I have cancelled and to stop the harrasssing phone calls. ( which I have saved) I have explained to them that they didnt perform and still have my deposit for the second site. No sign of them offerring to refund me.

I dont have alot of time to deal with the childish games and there unprofessionalism. It wasnt untiI I started receiving threats for lawsuit and harming my credit that I decided to write and report 123websites.com have recorded are threats of lawsuit and harming my credit.

FYI I think they have multiple company names and use them to advertise on social media.
