Complaint Review: website medical alert center

There is this Shady automated sales phone number 877-786-6669, promoted on omny.info to scam seniors. If you call it, it will route you eventually to their referral business partners in hopes you sign up for their medical alert devices. 

Now if you call this number below you will not get routed to OMNY. Someone either hacked the website, misstyped, or intentionally added their spam number in an effort to promote their sales gimick or scam, targeting an age group that commonly prefers to speak someone in an effort to hope they can sell you something instead of helping with MTA OMNY.

They have used various names like website medical alert center, select call senior , allied insurance partners group, select quote senior, and selectquote.com

Users are advised to not call this number and find and use the official number which is yet to be updated on their website.

Under question "What can I do using OMNY’s automated telephone system?"

Quote on whats there as of Monday 11/13/2023 around 10:56 AM: 

"If you have a registered OMNY account, you have access to your OMNY account via OMNY’s automated telephone system at 877-786-6669, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will need your bank card or OMNY card number and your four-digit PIN to access your OMNY account. Using our automated telephone system, you will be able to add value to your OMNY card, report your bank card or OMNY card lost or stolen, add payment methods to your OMNY account, pay off a negative balance and much more.

Note: You can register for an OMNY account today by visiting omny.info/register."

This is a real concern and true review, as attached proofs are included below in Exhibit A which is omny website and Exhibit B which is their website.
