I was contacted mid Aug by them telling me I won 3 months. In order to activate, I had to put my credit card in. The assured me I would not be charged.

I tried to login to remove my credit card but it would not alllow me. I never used the program. I already subscribe to a much better fitness program. At the end of 3 months they charged my card mid Nov.  I was out of the country. I contacrted them as soon as I returned to refund my money bit they will not.  I can't logon so I am paying for it and not using it.

I sent 4 emails and 2 phone calls but they will not do anything.

Don't sign up. It is very over priced and classs offered are not that great. Gym memberships are muc cheaper as well as other on line fitnes programs.
