Complaint Review: WebDetective - Razor Eye Media Group

I ordered a one time service through Web-Detective.com. The company, also known as Razor-Eye Media, continues to make unauthorized charges to my bank account. I have tried calling them, but no one ever answers the phone. They direct you to go to support@razoreye.com- I did this and asked them to refund my first unauthorized charge of 39.95 &CLOSE my membership with Web-Detective. (of which I never knew I "ordered" a membership.) They did write back saying that my membership was canceled. They did not refund my 39.95, and 3 days later I had another unauthorized charge of 38.83. They charged me for a service called The Chest, for suscribers only- a bonus as they described it. It is a service for "identity theft protection." They also have a phone # 1-888-432-4378. I called this number to try and cancel this service for which I did not order, and knew nothing about. It is a recording that goes on to tell you all about identity theft and to hold the line to speak to an agent. No agent ever came on the line ....I have contacted my bank to dispute these charges. This company Web-Detective, and RazorEye Media is a SCAM, SCAM, SCam!!! I wished I had never ordered this 1 time service! What will it take to bring this company down. It is illegal and they are getting away with it. HELP!!
