WATERTOWN FORD unethical and illegal practices concerning my extended warranty,submiited wrong one,has refused to remedy this situation,even lying to the bbb as make a offer to compromise Watertown Massachusetts

Please note on 10/09/06 i purchased a 2005 chevy equinox from this delaer watertown Ford,this dealer has peerformed inferior repairs,and have not lived up to any phase of customer service,this dealer has lied to the bbb, refused to fix my warranty for original mileage i asked for from intital one which was when i purchased this vehicle,5 years/up to 70,000 miles. instead they presened this vehicle as a new one,when it was actually used.

They have refused to fix this error on their part and assume all charges as i wanted 5yrs/ 70,000 miles, They assumed what I wanted and submitted this without contacting me.Therefore, i have been made many promises by this dealer,but none have been kept.

this is the most unethical dealer I've dealt with and if you a a massachusetts consumer you should steer clear.i have 60 pages of e-mails whereby showing their ineptnesss,thye indicate in t my warranty for mileage was over 500,000 miles which is ludricious from a Matt. Thompson.This shows how inept they are.

If you are thinking about buying a vehicel from theis dealer.I will fax you all the problems I've had with watertown ford for you to make your decision."Buyers beware" do yourself a favor find another reputable dealer.This delaer also gave out confidential information to the BBB on another customer to try to substantiate their point violating state and federal laws.
