I purchased an extended warranty at Walmart, which is through Warranty Logistics Inc., for my ipod touch. About a half year ago when the on/off switch stopped working, I sent it in, and they returned it claiming to have fixed the problem, but the day I got it back until now that on/off switch has never worked. Then recently the touch screen stopped functioning so I sent it in to get it repaired, and they simply sent it back claiming the warranty is void due to damage to the audio jack (totally unrelated to the touch screen, and the audio jack works perfectly).  Furthermore, they claim there has been water damage, so that all warranty functions are void.  My Ipod has never been outside, and definitely has not been wet! While talking to the customer service people, all of their answers are clearly being read back to me, and go in circles until they start reading the same answers again, without ever actually answering my questions.  I cannot see any way that this warranty company is actually honoring the warranty that they charge a premium for.
