I have a refrigerator that was sold with an extended warranty that I purchased from HH Gregg. I reported my ice maker failing on 3/3/16. Warrantech has sent 2 different repair people - had to order parts - and extended this process and I suggested that the "fix" performed by the last tech was only a band-aid and not a final fix. As predicted my ice maker failed 24 hours later. After calling today to find out why the third technician never showed up today (scheduled from 8am - noon) the rep at first couldn't find any notes to support a tech coming out. Once they were finally found my wait time was extended 2 more hours from noon - 2pm. It is taking a month to honor an extended warranty?
