Complaint Review: Warehouse Fulfillment

Warehouse Fulfillment Received supplemental pills unsolicited. Thought they were prescription meds, so didn't open. When I finally did, the only invoice enclosed said the pills needed to be returned within 5 days (or some ridiculous amount of time.) Pleasant Grove UT

I received a package which I believed were prescription meds since the packaging looked the same. Figured they  were sent in advance.   When I finally got around to opening the package, there was no invoice or anything that allowed me to recognize who the sender was.  There was a warning that the contents s/b returned within an incredibly short period of time.  The package contained supplements of bark. If not returned, I'd be charged.  No details.

Sender:  Nutriment Healthy

Address to return:  Warehouse Fulfillment in UT

Prior to this happening, my credit card showed a $198 charge, which was reversed the same day, but then a $99 charge was placed effective the same day 6/28/20.  Had a knee replacement 6/3/20, then hospitalized for another issue, and was out of commission till after the fourth of July.

I separated my bill from other payments since I needed to inquire about that $99 charge.  Misplaced the bill, so needed to get all that info from credit card company.  Got the 800 number from the credit card company, called Nutriment Healthy at 888 854 1646.  I refused to pay the money to send them back.  I offered to put RTS on the package, and the woman said this has worked in the past.  When they receive the returned items, they will credit the account.  Hope it works.  Left the $99 charge open with credit card company as a fraudulent charge.

Took two hours to get to this point of resolution.  Can't believe it.
