Walters Management Norman Llanes Instructed Me To Falsify Reports For Walters Management Chula Vista California
I am a former employee of Advantage Sentry and Protection, Inc. Owner, Norman Llanes, hired me to be a security vehicle patrol driver at Otay Ranch 1, in Chula Vista. On the night that a security officer was removed from OR1, Norman instructed to falsify reports for Walters Management. Norman wanted me to falsely write reports for the standing guard(entry gates) position to make it appear filled. Norman wanted me to write reports for the driver position during the same shift.
Norman terminated me for complaining about his fake supervisor, a terminated police officer. Norman should have protected his employees from his scumbag crony. Norman went on to destroy me with a potential corrections employer. Norman justified my termination, saying, "I expect more from a corrections academy graduate."
