I called to file a claim for a damaged product for the warranty I purchased and the keep telling me I need to contact a manufacturer that no longer exists. They have a wrong number listed as the manufacturers contact number and continue to provide wrong numbers to contact the manufacturer. When they ran out of wrong numbers to call they told me to contact walmart customer support directly because the manufacturers warranty was still in effect and they could not cover the warranty which I had paid for. The product which failed was a Walmart Mainstays 10x10 steel easy assemble Gazebo. I am unable to contact Mainstays to claim failure of their product which is still under Manafturer Warranty.
