Walmart and all state ins. I purchased a hover vacuum sweeper from Walmart oct. 24,2018 the wheels are breaking apart, i have to take it to a repair shop 35 miles from my house.
The extended warranty company tells me they don't cover broken wheels. I will never get another extended warranty, they don't honor it.
I didn't get there before the year was up so have to go through all state warranty. They said that it is not under warranty for the wheels.

But I would guarantee they do not cover normal wear and tear which is wheels - this is cheap to replace so like it or not the warranty only covers major repairs not minor ones.
