Complaint Review: W3 Speed Up

Do not hire W3Speedup.com as these people are the most incompetent morons that ever walked the face of the earth in terms of “speeding up” or “migrating" your website.

Let’s go over some of the reasons that these people, including but not limited to “Rahul Raj,” or “Meenakshi Nahar,” are brain dead idiots:

(1) they don’t work on weekends, so if and when your work or website goes down, don’t expect anyone to get back to you for at least 3 days - considering that they are half way around the world supposedly in India, add another day to this delay;

(2) they constantly lose your login and password info, constantly screw up DNS pointing or other configurations, usually on Fridays, so see the above;

(3) their constant screwups, whether because of incompetence or malice, always leads to loss of money and business in the tens of thousands of dollars;

(4) federal law enforcement FBI at the U.S. Embassy in India (newdelhilegat@state.gov) calls them “fraudulent,” “scammers,” and “do not do business with them,” so that’s not very good either;

(5) avoid them like syphilis;

(6) they take weeks if not months to process things that should take hours.
