Vol repair II Jose My Mercedes was repaired poorly unsafe and when they went to fix that, they return the vehicle with multiple blemishes on the paint and a bumper, painted entirely the wrong color without the metallic that it was required by the oh yeah, they don’t even use anything authentic. This dealership took possession of my car December 2021. It is currently March 2023 and I still don't have my vehicle back. I've gone to pick up the vehicle multiple times in which case it takes hours to go out of your day since they're not open on weekends. I've been consistently told that they are working on it. It's going to be finished. It's going to be perfect. When I first return the vehicle it was because the repairs on the interior of the vehicle were in such a disrepair that it could've been a fatal mistake, killing me and my four children Apologies were made saying that they couldn't of seen it. It was in the steering column although they had the car a year and a half, after which time I return today to pick up the vehicle, it has been hit multiple times on all sides of the vehicle and someone using touchup paint, like fingernail polish to repair it . The replace a bumper does not have the correct color paint. It's a Mac nonmetallic Mercedes OEM. It looks like a junkyard vehicle. It was stored in a junkyard amongst all broken down, beat up old vehicles, non-running, and behind a dumpster. It was never in its lifetime outside one day, and it was found in such a state. It was depressing.
