Complaint Review: VoiceStream Wireless

This company claims that it gives you more, HA! Ask how they treats employees. You can't do this, you can't do that. I think I was allowed to do more in high school. If you don't meet certain expetations, you will be fired. Well, give us the tools that we need to do our job. For example, systems that work, information before the customers get it and supervisors that aren't just there for the $$.

Watch your ACW, focus on your stats. Well, don't make us work like machines and we would be able to focus more. I would love to see those center managers spend one hour on the phones, HA! They couldn't handle it. Makes me laugh when I think about how a certain center manager would have to call people in to help her answer questions when she did have to take calls! And how again did you get your job?

It makes me laugh when we get told about our negative attitudes..."Why are we so upset and hate our jobs"? Well, look at the a$$clowns that we have to work with, first of all. Supervisors that don't do their jobs, center managers that walk around w/their noses so far in the air that I would love to stick my foot out to see them trip, and admins who probably get paid $20 an hour to walk around and hang up balloons! Wow! What a wonderful company I work for.

Oh, I forgot to mention Mr TP. First off sweetie, your gut is so huge that it looks like you are pregnant w/triplets. You walk around thinking that your s**t doesn't stink! Think again honey! Oh and in the same department as TP, we have she-man. Is she a woman, or is she a man? Another one that needs a reality check.

Wake up VoiceStream. You are gonna lose alot of your valuable employees if you don't wise up!!
