well to make a long story short in 2002 I puchased a second phone through voice stream and have been getting bills for from 400-1000 ever since and every time I call up for an explanation just to hear yeh thats right thats what you owe now I thought that they were a little high so I called and talked to someone at the financial services and instead of explaining and or verifing denying she wants me to state that I am going to pay it anyways, thats when it clicked that somthing was really wrong so about a monthe ago we went out and purchase a third phone through sprint and forwarded all of our phone calls to the sprint phone purposely to see if our phone bill would be any lower well today

I called to check my account balance to find out that there is 1400.00 balance supposedly 800 or so from the last billing cycle and 600 for the new billing cycle now considering I still have no explaination that is even believable let alone acceptable I am pissed off that they can get away with over billing purposly give some kind of half assed explanation and then expect that there customers are going to let them get away with it
