No wonder they stopped selling the Nokia 5190 - they fall apart! And not only did they stop selling them, they don't back them up! I just missed the "12 month handset exchange" by a couple months, my phone didn't start turning itself off mid-call, asking for a sim card (when it had one in it already) and turning the handset volume up to max by itself (to name a few "quirks") until after the warranty passed, go figure.

And when I called "Customer I don't Care" they said I was pretty much SOL unless I wanted to pay $80 plus tax for one of the phones they are giving away free with the new service plans. WHAT? I have been a great customer (always paid on time) for over 2 years and this is the thanks I get?

And if I cacel (since I can't upgrade, they only have 1 family plan) I have to be out of the system for 90 days to qualify for the free phones. For crying out loud, all I want is a phone that functions properly all of the time. I am not asking for the best new phone, I just want one that works! So now I have a useless phone and a useless service plan. Thank God I have had this plan over a year, or I could add an early termination fee to the list of bitches.

Cingular here I come!!!
