They sent me a bill with several strange numbers, which I swear to God I had never made. So I called them up and asked them to investigate. The first rep I talked to promised that she would look into it. I waited till got a notice saying that I was late in paying their bill. I called again and was told that it was my problem since I had that cell phone. They then turned off the service even though I am still paying my monthly phone bill, but just not the amount in dispute.

Voicestream recently has added $200 to my bill and said that was a fee for cancellation. I did not cancel it, because I have been paying for the service even it does not exist! Now they bill me as if I was using the phone. But on the other hand, they say I have to pay $200 for canceling the service. What a ripoff!!!
