I ordered a backpack which as of this date haven’t received it yet and they originally said it would ship within a few weeks. When I got the confirmation email it said it could ship in 8 weeks which was way to late for my upcoming trip. In their email they said to respond to the email to cancel the order within 24 hours which I did within a hour. Than I received an email saying my order had shipped so I called to see what was going on and the guy on the phone said I had to cancel by calling them. I told him that’s not what the email said but he didn’t care what the email said I needed to call to cancel the order. He said I could just refuse the package when it is delivered but that is impossible since they ship USPO and the box will be left at my door. Then I noticed a second email where they enrolled me into a monthly recurring charge of $6.98 a month to get free shipping on future purchases. Which I just called and canceled but if I didn’t see this email and scroll all the way to the bottom I would have been charged the monthly fee. They also have deceptive advertising it is BOGO but the math doesn’t work one backpack cost $79.00 two backpacks cost $105.00 so it’s buy one get the second one at a discount. Too much funny stuff with this company I would stay away!
