VIP Member Store, Inc. I had cancelled an order and they promised to refund my credit card within 3-7 business days. They did not refund my money Internet

On 1-28-18 I placed an order on line and paid by credit card.  For some reason they were not able to ship the merchandise to my location.  I cancelled the order and received email confirmation from the company that my credit card would be refunded in 3-7 business days.  That was on 2-24-2018.  It has now been 10 full business days and I have yet to receive the refund.
