Complaint Review: VintageFramesCompany.com

VintageFramesCompany.com - VFC - Detroit Player eyeglasses - something I saw on an Instagram ad.  I wear a strong eyeglass prescription and every pair of eyeglasses I buy I like to have the flip up sunglasses attachment so that I can go out into the sun.  I have had countless pair of these eyeglasses and they all function the same way - even the $12.00 pair I bought from zeroUV - the flip up sunglasses attachment is supposed to flip up so that you can use the glasses indoors or at night without the sunglasses.  

VFC's Detroit Player 24k glasses does not have a hinge, or anyway to hold the sunglasses up.  The sunglasses part does not stay up nor can it be removed for indoor use.  Basically, you have the sunglasses aspect of the glasses that do not function.  It looks to be a gimmick.  In the photo, you see the sunglasses propped up, however when you recieve the glasses, you realize there is no way to keep them up.  These glasses should be in the $5.00 section at a costume store.  These glasses should be worn for comedy skits or for a clown.  Not for ACTUAL USE.

Theres no way a customer who actually uses these kinds of glasses would ever be satisfied, so once a refund is mentioned to customer service, you are quickly shut down.  THEY OFFER NO REFUNDS.

Beware - VintageFramesCompany.com is a nastily overpriced fake Instagram brand that takes advantage of online shoppers.
