Complaint Review: Villa de Cortez Apts

Villa de Cortez Apts is a FRAUD.  They openly discriminate and rip off their tenants when it's time to move out.  They witheld the cleaning deposit even after in writing they admitted the apartment was cleaned and had no damage. The manager Gisselle tried to get the elderly Latina ladies in trouble for doing side work.  She contacted the cleaning bussiness owner to try to get these sweet old ladies in trouble.  

We have emailed and called several times they refuse to provide their number to the regional manager of the apartment complex.

Even with the new remodeling of the property DO NOT RENT from here.  It is common practice for them to not return the deposits.  They are also dishonest in the fact they charged for lights even though the apartment was on the M power box and had was fully paid.

I am bringing attention to these slum lords because they are dishonest and unproffesional.  My words are true and our heavenly father will judge them for their dishonesty!!!!!!
