Complaint Review: Video Computer Store

Be warned the VC Store is a HOAX. They will sell you products, deliver them late or never at all and worst of all they sell in home warranty services which they do not honor.

Approximately 11 months ago we purchased a full system through the VC Store. First we went back and forth with the delivery date since it was not sent as they promised even though our credit card had been billed. Then the computer was broken so we went through the odyssey of sending it back and getting a replacement. That took another 6 weeks. After having the computer for 6 months we statred encountering problems with the computer freezing. Since then we have been trying to contact them for service since we paid extra money for their in home service warranty. We have not been able to contact themj inspite of numerous calls, messages, and e-mails.

I have made my last attempt via e-mail today and will now attemp to contact the consumer reporters on the different TV stations for their help.

Let this be a warning, DO NOT BUY FROM THE VC STORE..
