Video Computer Store , No Delivery No refund, consumer rip off
I purchesed a computer system (they charged my card right away)from the Video Computer Store online. November 12, 2000. I haven't received it yet. I did get a monitor end of this last month. And a card this last week saying they were having trouble getting the rest of the components. If I wanted to cancel, call. I called and canceled, but was told it would be at least 30 days for a refund. I think this sounds more like a scam to make interest off my money than anything else. I want to warn anyone else to avoid this store.
