Complaint Review: Viasat Internet

Viasat Internet Excede Internet Extremely poor internet connectivity. Smaller plans used up in 2 wks and the same thing with larger plans. Carlsbad California

Have had many, many, many issues with Viasat. Connectivity has been horrible since I had signed on and they have always told me that my Sattelite was "OFF"   Multiple service appointments (8+) with many "no show" appts from technicians over 6 month time frame.  Originally had the 40GB plan and found we were apparently using it up in 2 weeks even though we didn't use it that much.  Upgraded to the 100GB plan and the same thing has occurred this month as well?

The one thing I have noticed on a consistent basis is that when I send a text through Viasat internet connectivity, the recipients receive my text multiple times and I rec their response multiple times as well, especially when I send from my Iphone to an Android phone.  Not quite sure whats up with that however the more messages that are sent, it obviously uses up more of my data.  This is fraud if that's the case.  Very unhappy customer...BEWARE
