Venmo Refuses refund even after selecting purchase protection
Do not use this company anymore. I selected purchase protection, you know, to protect my purchase. After I filled a report about not receiving my product they opened an "investigation".
Then they refused my refund and gave me no reasoning why. Their purchase protection option in a sham and this company is too.
