VCstore worst service ever
I ordred a computer form VCstore in late Sept. the credit
was aprroved on Oct. 6 2000. It was to take 3 to 5 weeks .
It never came. After repeated phone calls that some time put
me on hold 45 min. they said they were having trouble getting
the computer .I cancelled the order and reorder another system .
They charged my credit card for both of these computers .
They used two names on my credit card . Computer personalities
and the second one they billed under Direct-2-u Television Network . After I had cancelled the first one on Nov .29 2000
a monitor came . They said to send it back it was to the first
package .I did . Then the PCU for the second one came . The
other monitor did not come for a weeks . When it came
the system would freeze up and would not work . They would
not responed to thier E-mail or tech .Phone .Micron finelly
sent techs to my house 3 different times . VCstore has not
paid back the money for the cancelled order . PA . Law say's
they have 30 days . They said put it in dispute with my credit
card comany . I have also recieved forms from the PA.Attorney
Generals office of comsumer protection and will fill them out.
they owe 2,147 .00 and my credit card is charging me interest .
