Complaint Review: VCStore aka Computer Personalities Systems

Don't buy anything from VCStore, like I did back on Dec 5th, 1999. Should have received everything 2-3 weeks. Called a number of times and left many messages to have someone call me but they never do. The worst company and customer services I have every dealt with.
End of Janaury I cancelled the order, and it wasn't until 3 weeks later someone finally called back about giving me a RMA number to return the monitor and scanner I received late December. I called back to get the RMA number but I didn't get ahold of them. Called them several times, I never received a call.
Now March, they called to leave me the RMA numbers and said I will be receiving return labels. I received them and sent them back via Fedex. VCStore has received them on March 7th, still haven't received any money back.
I will never deal with them again.
