VCSTORE 3 to 5 weeks shipping? consumer rip-off

It is now almost 9 weeks and I seem to get the standard answer and that is to check back in 5 days or check back later in the week. This gives the VCSTORE almost another week of delay time. This company is selling under the false advertisment of being able to deliver their merchandice as stated. I would greatly question on how many orders they take in vs on how many are sent out on time or have been canceled because of such lengthy delays or not having it in stock.

I was led to believe that they back up what they say and care about the consumer enough that there is hope they would buy again. As for me, I get air filled answers that have no substance. How long am I to wait for the product I ordered before I take action?

I have ordered before from other companys for various products and the VCSTORE is the first that has failed shipping or even sending a factual statement on why it has not been shipped and when I can expect it to arrive. The product later I was told is sent from 3 differant locations where I was led to believe it all comes from the same location.

The VCSTORE. If it gets sent from 3 locations, why am I not even receiving part of it? Are they charging us for something we cannot use? Who is making off on this deal? Should we ask for some type of reinburstment? We cannot blame the individuals that work the phones as I am sure they are told what to say and do. We need to go after their bosses and above.
