VC Store AKA Computer Personalities Bankruptcy Info.
I am another poor hard working tax payer who got ripped-off by GEORGE CAPELL. All I wanted was a great computer at a reasonable price like the ones these people fraudulently advertized. Now I am unable to buy a new computer since that CON ARTIST...GEORGE CAPELL took my money, I have nothing to show for it. The State Of PA should be held accountable to some degree since this company was not even registered with the authorities. They recieved hundreds of complaints for years and apparantly never checked out VC Stores aka Computer Pers.. until it was too late. Please, if anyone knows bankruptcy law, get involved.
