Complaint Review: Vanilla Visa Gift Card

Vanilla Visa Gift Card Sutton Bank and InComm Financial Services Inc. $200. gift card declined, never used had zero balance

I was given a $200 gift card which i tried to use at a grocery store, was told to activate online or by calling, I called but nothing was said about how to activate so I went to website which requires the number and 3 digit code. I first got message it was an invalid number and to redo it, I'm pretty sure it was correct but I redid it, then left for store right away shopped for groceries went to pay, card had no funds.

When i got home I went to website and it said someone spent all of it at a travel store that day , I believe they aquried info from the website and used it within minutes. Tried for hours to talk to someone, but looked on consumer websites they have lots of complaints.

Their websites are stupid, running you in circles, to me they scream fraud and all 3 sections handling these gift cards should be sued and shut down. Also card says call for replacement but I couldnt get anywhere, also how could they used it without pin, there systems needs to protect info, or its an inside job.
