I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Towers Plumbing. After encountering an issue with toys lodged in my toilet, I sought their assistance. Regrettably, the resolution took an unexpected 1.44 hours, resulting in an invoice totaling $1200.

This exorbitant charge left me profoundly disappointed, prompting me to caution others against engaging with such business practices. I believe it's imperative to share my experience to prevent others from enduring similar situations.

I advise prospective clients to explore alternative plumbing services in their vicinity and obtain multiple bids before committing to any work.

Following the service, I attempted to address my concerns directly with Towers Plumbing. Despite assurances from their representative that they would escalate the matter to the owner, I regrettably never received the promised callback.
