Do not do business with this institution if you are a person of color or just a decent person with morals. My colleagues and I were seeking to open a new account with upwards of $100K and they literally lied and stated that "compliance" rejected the account opening. BUT TEH PAPERWORK WAS STILL ON THEIR DESK. Just disgusting behaviour from a banker.

As soon as the trash doesn't get their way, it's automatically a racial issue. Imagine somebody from a foreign country just observing this stuff. You have people who will deliberately pronounce simple words wrong in order to deliberately appear to be uneducated. Go to any parking lot and watch who parks in handicapped zones without the placards. In the grocery stores, watch who goes into the "ten items or less" checkout with a full grocery cart. In the restaurant, see if you can enjoy a decent meal when somebody is on a speaker phone or who cannot talk to others using an inside voice which even little children understand about! Yes sir, these people from other countries must be laughing their rear ends off at those certain people of this society.

What does paperwork being on a desk have to do with anything? Maybe they emailed the compliance department. Maybe you just don’t have good enough credit to get a loan. It seems like you just jumped straight to the race card without any actual facts.
