My home sustained a terrible fire in early November 2016. My family barely escaped with our lives with nothing more then the clothes on our backs. We were quickly surrounded by street hustlers and vultures offering services to board up our homes broken windows to demolishing it and rebuilding it. All while we were still in a state of shock.
I write this compalint with fear in my heart of retribution to me and my family from these dangerous scam artists.The fire police officials on the scene warned us of these kind of tactics but actually recommended Joe Panzarella ULTIMATE BOARD UP COMPANY board up my home. So we listened to the fire police and hired Joe Panzarella to board up our homes broken windows.
As soon as the fire police left the scene Joe Panzarella of CIPCO started the high pressure sales tactics.He introduced us to Chris Charles SOS Restoration partner of his construction division and insisted we use his contractor. At 2am weary and still in a state of shock the relentless pressure and intimadating tactics were too intense and I caved and signed the paperwork. Big mistake!
Needless to say I regret hiring them, they couldnt care less about boarding up my home it as all a scam to get me to hire their contractor. I canceled everthing I signed the next day once the scam was revealed to me. But it was too late they forced entry into my home and helped themselves to all my salvagable belongings.
Can you imagine robbing from a fire victim. These people are dangerous and should not be allowed to prey on unsuspecting fire victims at a time of such despair

Pertaining to the above story, Let me start off by saying I am very sorry for the homeowners and their loss.
The above mentioned two companies Ultimate Board Up and SOS Resturation were never at this fire. This is a copy of a complaint report made against Cipco Board Up Report number 1341181 made Dec. 3rd 2016. Please use this number to look up the report.
Where there is a complaint against Cipco Board Up a company that worked at this house fire.
If you look at the 3rd paragraph you will see that they forgot to change Cipco Board Up and replace it with another.
At no time was SOS resteration nor Ultimate Board Up at this house fire.

To whom it may concern , In regards to the story above of ultimate board up and the SOS restoration There is no affiliation between the two company's . in regards to the family and the structure that had the damage , I am very sorry for their loss . Ultimate board Up did not Secure this property nor was ever at the scene . There was never anything signed or any kind of paperwork between the homeowner and ultimate board up Simply because ultimate Board up was never affiliated with this House fire at anytime. Simply do not think it is right when somebody paste your companies name to an existing story and put it online T
