Complaint Review: USSA.com - Cybernet International

Bought a Motherboard/CPU combo for $85. Company sent me a junk motherboard. After over six months of attempted RMAs, in which they said they were sending a new board but in fact sent back the same junk motherboard TWICE, they finally decided they did not want to deal with me.

I asked for a refund but only recieved $35 dollars for the CPU (- 30% restocking fee). When I asked them why I was only refunded $35, The reason they gave me was, that since the motherboard was out of warranty and they could not send it back to the manufacturer they were not going to issue me a refund for the board.
