There were urgent important documents that we need to send off internationally for one of our family members to go study abroad. We went to the post office and they suggested us to use their Registered mail service, saying it will be secured and arrived in 10 days. We used the service, thinking that it will arrive within 10 days for our child to fill out international study paperwork on time. We sent it August 1st, they provided us the confirmation number.

20 days passed, package has not yet arrived. tracking and confirmation did not give any update, just only the info when they accepted to deliver it in the local us office.

call customer service, can't provide any information. USPS customer service line, employees are VERY RUDE and brutal, not incorporative, yelling at customers and cut the phone off without letting customer finished. They say they don't have any more information on the package, require an inquiry back in 60 days and cut off the phone. what kind of service is that?

This is registered mail, hello. why paying more to receive a rude service and not hearing back in 80 days (20 days + 60 days for the query)???? our child will miss a whole year of school by then. He got accepted to a local college, but waiting for abroad paperwork. We can't afford 60 days waiting for a query on the routing of the package. Totally BS!

Over this anger, we will try to minimize the use of USPS. Their whole customer service, and services themselve need to rework. I can't stand them anymore.
