Complaint Review: USCB Corp Career Institute - SCAM

I signed up for their pharmacy program, eveerything was going well till it was time for me to get my "certificate" i was never mailed the test after a number of emails and contacts. I was then charged even after I already paid off the school. Now i have some RUDE women constantly calling me and every time its a new cost i owe them. But when i ask what debt they are collecting i dont ever get a straight answer. i only know its linked to the school because i checked my credit report. the women on the phone just asks me for my cc number my bank information aswell as my husbands and mothers for security reasons. i have since then shut down my account and havent paid them a dime.
