Weeks later, they fired me through no fault of my own, all because of telling the manager about a 2nd job opportunity i needed to take in order to make ends meet. Miami FL
I first mentioned to the Store Manager (Maximilian Peraza) about my disability i have and how it affects me, I showed him a letter from my Physician stating the nature of my diagnosis. I also told him about a 2nd job opportunity i was seeking to make ends meet. I told him i was planning to keep both jobs and to ensure that they both will not interfere with each other in terms of availability. The following day after, Maximilian Peraza informs his boss (Sabeh Sohail) about my situation, then his boss contacts me saying that I'm not needed anymore at USA Wireless and that them and i will go a different route. Miami FL.
I never broke any rules of company policy and never received disciplinary actions before either. I tried more than once to get in touch with the bosses that made the decision to fire me, not only have I not heard back, it's apparent that they will not consider what I have to say on my side with this matter.
