Complaint Review: USA Van Lines

Stay clear of this company and their employees. They use non speaking english employees. Our goods were delivered damaged and broken to Florida. We had cartons delivered that looked as if the truck rolled over them. We also had many wet cartons. We had over $1,000 in damages that their insurance company has denied. Spend the extra money & go with a reputable moving company. The move was cheap, but so was their service. Had the audacity to ask for a tip, even after delivering damaged items and refused to continue taking the cartons off, until we signed the delivery receipt. Company are a bunch of SCUMBAGS!!
